Depends a lot on her shooting skill set. Small lightweight carry guns are tricky to shoot, and take a fair amount of practice to reach competence with. That said, I'm biased towards the XD-S in 9mm.

FPNI, although I'd recommend also checking out the Walther PPS.

Pics aren't loading for me either, fuck this shit!! Actually what about a Sig P250 subcompact or P232?
Sig 938 would be among the best. Probably need to be in some kind of belly band if that were tolerable while running.

F5 wtf...
And I'm genuinely interested in suggestions for CCW while jogging. I have a S&w 642 that I pocket carry. I can barely stand having a watch on while running though, and I'm seeing what everyone suggests in this thread. |

Need pics to fap determine which gun fits her body type. (Glock 42)
XD-S, S&W Shield, or Sig 938 are all good choices. I have a Shield in .40 and its not difficult to shoot, I'm sure a 9mm is even easier.
I use a desantis belly band for carrying while jogging. As long as its cinched up tight enough it works really well. |

She is very slim and generally wears tight clothing to jog. I'm thinking she might try some of those spandex type running short with the pistol pocket already sewn it.

View Quote This thread is getting very close to fappable. Your slim, spandex clad spright should be photgraphed with her S&W 442, snugly secured to her nubile curves. . I'll be in my bunk. |

A fully loaded 9mm is altogether too heavy and large for a small to medium sized frame woman to carry while jogging. That is like running with an extra c-cup teet. I'd recommend a .380 such as a Sig P238 . It very small (not much bigger than an iPhone), holds 6 rounds (Desert model with pinky extension), and is light weight. With proper practice as all guns need, it is very accurate. It what my wife uses, and she's very accurate with it.

the smith and wesson bodyguard 38 spl would do well... and where are the pics already???

The ruger 380 or smith and wesson bodyguard, that one comes with a laser

I'm sure pictures of said young lady would help.http://newfinancehelp.com/ce33.jpg

One of my very attractive employees wants to start carrying a gun while jogging. Not sure how she is going to do it, but she really wants the protection. Anybody have a suggestion for a very small and light weight gun? Eta: Imgur ain't loading for me. I'll post a pic of her as soon as they unfuck their site. View Quote Pay for my plane ticket and I'll jog with her. lol. On another note... what kinda business do you have? I'm sorta hating college right now and am thinking about doing something else for a few years- guess I'll get my degree/diploma eventually... |

Ruger LCP would be my choice fits the criteria should be more than enough fire power with the right loads
If she jogs with a Doberman, no one will ever get close enough for her to consider needing a gun
Really depends on her size and how she plans to carry.

Any ladies on here give the Flashbang CCW bra try? Interesting design. Might be good for running.

I have carried a NAA mini-revolver in .22mag. as it will drop into running shorts (in a thin pocket holster) and stay put while exercising.
Last year I started carrying a Ruger LCR in .38+P in a DeSantis pocket holster as part of my Summer attire. |
S&W 500 Mexican carry. If a would be attacker realizes "she" could have a dick bigger than his, the situation might end up differently.
Anything bigger than a NAA tiny revolver is going to get left behind after the first jog. The gun she has with her is better than the gun she left at home.

I run bike swim just about everyday. I carry a 9mm Shield in a Desantis Belly band works great. When biking I wear tight clothing, running not so much, not an issue.
I carry an xd sub 9 in a pistol wear band. It is not that noticable in weight but it does print since it is thicker (you can tell I'm wearing something not necessarily a gun). Disclaimer: I'm 180 lbs on man.
I would say a shield with an extra mag, and a good gsd. Every bad guy is affraid of a good gsd. |
Kel Tec P-32. Anything bigger will not be used for long. This is small and light enough she will always have it with her

The LCP is the lightest one available, but it was unpalatable for my wife. She did like the S&W BG380, and eventually moved to a P238.
imho the BG380 is a good choice for that. It's large enough to get a decent grip on but small enough for even a barely 18 teenage girl in a miniskirt to conceal. ETA: I should mention that I jog with that BG380 now. Ain't no thang. |
