Yes, I know there is a sub for knives but I see cool shit posted here in GD by people who aren't in the sub then forget what the title of the thread was and then get bored trying to search through every random knife related thread in GD.

This is what I usually carry for long bike rides:

Fixed blades and fake beers.

We've decided to give up on hamburger buns and double up on the good stuff. There's two patties (50%beef, 50% goat), two eggs, bacon, onion, cheddar and Colby Jack cheese and cottage cheese.

Came from a jewelry store in South Africa via Chrono24 with papers, and so far after three days it's keeping to about one second per day. The bracelet fits but I kind of like it on this strap.

They aren't as bad now as they were when new. Some pants that are older and more worn will cooperate more than newer pants.

The neighbors just butchered a couple of goats and they gave us a package of ground goat. We've never eaten it ground before and weren't really sure what to do with it. Lol

After the first couple of bites it turns into a mangled pile on the plate anyway. Lol

I've been using cottage cheese as a condiment for a bit and I'm enjoying it. It's kind of like mild sour cream, plus it's got a good amount of protein and fat.

Sneak peek of a couple of projects:

It's great as a sour cream substitute on a baked potato, but it sounds like you may not be doing potatoes just now. I like it with fruit as well (pineapple, grapes, apple chunks, etc.).

Projects look exciting!

Our Webber Genesis survived going end over end down the front stairs of our old house. They're tanks and the bottom of the grill is a replaceable part.

I expect ours to be the last gas grill we have.

Cheese isn't too bad. Either need to add some salt to the curd or more salt to the whey. Pretty dense. Not sure if I overworked the curd or underworld it. Maybe just squeezed it to much. Definitely will try some more stuff. Pretty easy.
