Wonder if it applies to the tens of thousands of rounds I already have? Wonder if you're now forbidden from reloading pre-imprinted brass? Wonder if now instead of not checking the borders for people bringing in high cap magazines they'll also add imprinted ammo to the list of things they're not checking.

Great, not only are they causing gang bangers to buy better guns, they are going to end up causing them to start using custom match ammo.

With thier ridiculous liscensing and registration schemes they are causing the street value of illegal guns to rise, making it more reasonable for a banger to buy a quality gun, why soend three hundred bucks for a Jennings when you can get a much better pistol on the black market for the same price. Now they are going to make it more cost effective for bangers to buy handmade bullets with whatever components they want used from blackmarket makers, loading ammo is not rocket science, there has never been enough demand for untraceable ammo, so we have never seen it blackmarketed, if this comes into effect you can expect the banger who is used to going to the local Sports Authority, or whatever they have in CA, and buying the cheapest FMJ ammo they can get, will now be going to one of the more industrious drug dealers who has all of the sudden found a new use for his triple beam.
