It was a +1
then i skipped to the AR forum and asked a question about refinishing mags. |

Yup.
A member was trying to find a quote from Shakespeare that was used on "JAG". Only had a fragment of it. Found it on Google in about 2 seconds and posted the results. That's about all I did for the first couple of months, post things that I could find answers for and things that I had personal knowledge about. Didn't do anything beyond that until I felt at home. Like I've said to newbees, it's not polite to be here just a few weeks and a few posts and acting like know-it-all's. You wouldn't come into a new acquaintance's house and the first thing kick off your shoes, put your feet on the coffee table, fart, belch and scratch your balls, would you? Well *SOME* of you might. |

Don't have a clue. I know it was about 5 years ago, and most likely had something to do with guns.

Not really, but it sounds pretty tough now! |

I sure don't remember my first post.
Must have been something mighty dang profound! |
|
I think my first post had something to do with my purchase of a Rem 700 PSS. Either I had just got it or was about to get it. I think I was about to get it and was wondering what I should look for to make sure it was in good working condition.

I can't remember what I has for breakfast yesterday let alone what I posted 4 years ago.

I think mine was asking for more information on assembling an AR15 from parts and what manufacturers were recommended.
Bushmaster won. |
|
One of the first things I did was try out my Texas jokes on ETH.
|
|
I think it's around 97-98. The days of the old board. I recall asking about flash suppressors for Bushmaster AR-15 A2. And was it worth installing one?
|

I think mine was "Aw shit, Al Gore is going to win" or something like that. Glad I was wrong.
|

I don't remember the last 6,065 posts.....
I'll soon forget about this one too! |
|
Hell no. It was like 5 years ago.
ETA: But now that I think about it, I have a feeling it was an AR vs AK thread. Don't know for sure. |
|
Mine was a NOOB question about peoples experiences with Bushmaster V-Match, Varminters and Ruger bolt actions...go figger what the response was.
I have been an EBR fan ever since. Thanks Guys! |

|
I am sure mine was some really dumb question that would embarass the hell outa me now.
|

"I am leelaw's bitch."
Just a post introducing myself as his other half. I got a lot of responses saying I should leave him since he's so disrespectful to call me his bitch. It was a freaking joke, people! |

A week or so before I joined, a guy was asking about buying a 92 Ford F150. I gave him advice in my first post . The kicker was that no one remembered the origional post!!!
