Yep. We called that combo "skins and sauce" when we slipped across the Ala/Miss line to Johnnies Smokehouse where the legal age was 18 (we were probably 17). Great incentive for the cold draft beer. Smoked mullet was great too, at least as I recall from many years away. Ahhhhh. Youth.
