I mean they don't have jobs to go to, put them to work once the chaos has subsided and get that place drained and cleaned up. Once it's drained, bus them back in, set up dorms/barracks and put them to work.

They'll sit on their asses and wait for the government to do everything for them... just like they have all their lives and throughout this disaster.

What do you see them doing now? They are sitting... and yelling that someone needs to come help them. They are getting food and water but complaining that the food isn't hot, the water isn't soda, and the garbage stinks... even though they aren't doing a DAMN THING to help clean up after themselves.
