What was that referring to, specifically? Oh and escoba - that's the word I forgot today on my Spanish test. |

I really like the high res photos!
A few questions: Why is in the first high res photo, paracord wrapped around the weapon in a such a unusual fashion? In the second high res photo, what unit is this guy with? What is the suppressor, and forearm he has? |
If his IR device's attachment fails, he won't lose it. And to attempt to answer the other question, I believe it's a non-FF RAS. |
Mesh masks with eye holes. The idea is that in a gunfight, the other side will be rolling on the floor laughing when they should be shooting
Are those USGI rubber bands on that M4 holding the laser and Eotech in place?
I think it's gutted 550. Edit: After reviewing the hi-res, it looks like maybe they're not gutted 550. However, the purpose remains the same. |
Suppressor looks like an OPS 15th Model CQB.
Forearm is an issue KAC RAS. Thanks, Lumpy. edited for spelling |
Great pictures as always.
Gotta love the Colombian with his finger on the trigger of his M16. At least the selector is on safe. |
Good question. I'll have to lighten it up and see if I can figure it out. |
looks like green shoe lace-like material he is using to dummycord his gear.
Cored 550 cord being used as a dummy cord. |
Great Pix Lumpy, thank you.
Are some of the operators, other than this one, using ESS eye wear - would you know? |
No really, what is that Falisteeneeyeen holding? I looked around and cannot find anything close. It looks like it has an exceptionally long action and a low power scope in a scout mount.
The one on the far right is in the background and has a slung rifle that is at an angle to the camera. Makes it look like the guy on his left has some kind of "franken-rifle". |

Look at the smiles. They are discussing pie. My analysis of the hi-res pic suggests that the Iraqi recently had pie, and the American is enjoying his recounting the tale. |

Fixed it for you. |
I whole heartedly agree with that statement. |

M14E4 with a scout mount, no mag? |
Might be, but that seems unlikely to me. Then again, they'll use whatever they can get their hands on. The part his left hand is gripping looks to me like it's really fat, almost like a SPAS-12 or Benelli Nova. |

CTU could probably enhance the image and tell you what weapon it is...
Along with his location... Name... Any identifying marks... And what he's thinking right now... All from that one picture. |
I found a video of the encounter. No shit? In the pooper? Swear to God, man. |
He's holding a cheap shotgun and a cheap dragonov is strapped around his back.

".....and I posted pics at ARFCOM!" "Schweet!" |

You guys forgot the process. Chloey does the research and Jack will shoot them until they talk. Great pics Lumpy. Gotta love 'em. |
Very nice...how about the much improved trigger discipline being shown by the Iraqis... |
1/187 relieved us in Baiji and all the squad leaders and above had cans on their weapons. The benefits of having a supressed weapon fall under the catagory of concealment. You cannot shoot what you do not see...or hear. |
