okay, how's it better than all the other auto handguns out there?
don't take me wrong, every new handgun model being released is a good thing |
The functions of handguns like SIG, HK, etc. for the price of a Glock. A high capacity (16+1), quality, double action firearm that you can beat to shit and abuse for around $450 is what every man needs. |
No because this one has a proper grip angle. |
I didn't like to de-cocking lever, seemed really dainty to me.
Shit I'll buy one just to reward FN for selling new assault rifles to us civilians!
Not this one, just came out. Most stocking dealers are still waiting. ETA: You could be thinking of the FNP-M. |
huge +1 |
I stand corrected. All hail the shimmering glow of truth and hope of great things brought by SteyrAug! J/K, but yeah, I think your right. My bad. -Ben |

Do my eyes deceive me or do I see a removable backstrap....does it have different palm swells, ala like the MIAD grip?
I think the important thing is I was right. j/k. |
Correct. |
I think FN is making a major move on the market. |
isnt this the same pistol they marketed under the browning name? either way i like it just from looking at it. CMMG was talking bout it last year, gave up asking bout it since it never seemed to materialize so i could look and hold one. might have to start checking back into it now.
Ive shot the browning versoin in 40sw I needed to change the backstap but other wise it was very nice
won't fire with the magazine removed. I had one in 40 and it was kinda boring. I sold it
yep |
So do Hi Powers. |
Everything was fine until you got to the part about the magazine disconnect. Unless it can be easily removed (ala BHP), then this gun is a NO-GO.
-Troy |
So what's the deal with the Kimber KPD?
(since we're talking about new plastic) |
I hate that about FNs too. Will a Glock fire with the magazine removed? |
Was that a serious question or a joke? |
BLASPHEMY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
Absolutely. -Troy |
Just speaking of the looks of it, kindof reminds me of the CZ P-01 |
I'm completely missing something here. What AR's?? |
looks pretty good.....h/w, that safety seems kinda small to manipulate properly
hells yes |
I think he means the PS90 and FS2000, so grammatically you are correct...they are not assault rifles. |
I didn't remember and all my Glocks are in the bedroom safe. Didn't want to wake the wife to check. |
Hopefully this one can be corrected like the HP. I wonder if the 5.7 can have the disconnet removed. |
PS90s and FN2000s. |
I believe I read somewhere on here or maybe the 5.7 forum that yes the disconnect can be easily removed but doing so will VOID your warranty. |
Thank you, I'm not a grammer Nazi, just making sure I wasn't living in a hole. |

Well, there's always hope (and promises) for the FN SCAR. "Special Forces Combat Assault Rifle" |
