Plus it's a real pain in the ass to clean the SD.  The gunk gets built up around the threads and in front of the inside of the can making it almost impossible to take off if you don't "stay on top" of the cleaning.  Other than that, they are really fun.  I agree.

The SWAT guys I know simply stir them in a bucket of mineral spirits. Obviously you aren't a cop or you would have gotten the same special training.

Those guys really horrify me sometimes.

Once my approval comes in it will be this:  I just called the ATF and I am "pending" right now on the SBR approval.  The Suppressor (YHM Wraith) I already have.

Aside from that I guess it would be My Ruger MK-II with SWR Warlock.

Another question for the P22 owners here.

How is the suppressor attached? Do you have to have a threaded bbl purchased seperately?

Also, what suppressors are you using....how much $$$

Those aren't airsoft mags, though.  I know because I have an airsoft MP5K-PDW.  Best guess - those old KTW "AP" rounds with the Teflon coated bullets.

Also, the textures in the photo on the plastic parts of the gun are all wrong for airsoft - unless someone messed with it in Photoshop.  The mold marks on the folding stock are different, too.

Perhaps there is more than one Airsoft MP5-K on the market.

Because those are Airsoft mags with Airsoft pellets.  No way could the tips of 9mm ammunition be stacked that vertically.

Real MP5 mags:

The top of the mags (feed lips) are completely and obviously different.  Also, green airsoft BB's are uncommon, but they do exist, as do glow in the dark BB's.  The most common color is white.

I'm willing to bet that the gun in the picture in question is a "classic" MGC MP5.

I'm not sure where everyone's getting their thread adapters, but I bought mine from HotRod9mm on the EE. Easy to install, pull the barrel nut thing that's on there, replace with thread adapter.

Edit: My can is a SRT Cheyenne. i've heard good things about the tactical innovations cans, as well as the usual suspects aac/gemtech/swr/etc.
