In my opinion, this is just outright lunacy. I mean ... how the hell do you wash your back with guns this large?

In case you're wondering, no ... this is not a photoshop.

The guy's name is Greg Valentino and he has (unofficially) the biggest biceps in the world. And although he has been working his disgustingly massive biceps for over 20 years, he does, however, freely admit to juicing profusely.

I hope the arms are working for you, Mr. Valentino, because I'm betting there are squirrels scrambling around with larger testicles that you've got.

...And no, I'd never say that to his face.

I've always wondered about guys like this. I mean, we all want to be fit, and who wouldn't want to be a muscular dude? But some of these guys have a major problem with their self image, and I liken it to anorexia. An anorexic is never quite skinny enough (and they look like hell), and similarly, some body builders are never quite big enough - and they look like hell.

There is another pic floating around of this tool being hauled off to jail by the man. In addition to using roids, he was selling them in mass quantity along with Ecstasy. He did some hard time. Lost his money, fame, wife, house and his gym.

A&E did an expose on Steroid use which featured him not too long ago. He came off like a major dickhead.

Valentino should not be likened to bodybuilders. Bodybuilders primarily strive for size AND aesthetics. If you took away Valentino's grotesque, bloated arms, you would be left with a rather shitty physique.

He's not a bodybuilder or an athlete of any sort. He's just a dude with small-man complex who got carried away.
