I have nothing but good things to say about IWC and Earl.
I placed an order on Fathers day and quickly realized I had ordered the wrong item. I sent an email to the general inbox half expecting to get a reply a few days later.
15 minutes later I get a response from Earl saying that they would take care of my mistake, today is Wednesday...3 days after my order and the product is in my mailbox.
This is not my first run in with IWC or Earl and I can say that every Order and every contact with the company has been exceptional.
They truly care about the customer and you can tell they place a high value on Customer Support.
