When we change the store over, direct links to products will change. Use the main link above and navigate from there once that happens. Any "account" info you have set up on the current website will be lost when the changes happens and we will have no access to it, please review any info there and save what you may need, it will not be accessible after the changeover.

The new website software, like every other website on the planet, will charge your card upon placing the order online. As you are probably aware the old website did NOT do that, which is the #1 reason we kept that software package as long as we possibly could.

So when the new website goes live, the way to avoid being charged immediately for an item will be to pick up the phone and call in the order. We also have streamlined items on the new website to items that are usually in stock. So some old favorites might be gone from the new website just because we can't have you getting charged months ahead for items with long lead times. Also, some items with lead times will ONLY be able to be ordered over the phone- so we can delay the charge till the order is ready to ship.

We have accepted orders over the phone since 1992, so calling to place an order for us is nothing new. We do NOT hide our phone numbers as many online companies do now a day. We WANT you to call us with questions, orders, etc. and we encourage that.

We also have some of the longest phone hours in the industry- 9am to 7pm EASTERN time Monday through Friday and 9am to noon on Saturday. Keep in mind we are in the office during normal office hours 9-5 M-F, so calls outside of this time should be for general questions, placing orders, etc.  After office hours we don't always have access to computer records, lists of units, etc.

Also, it's important to note that some of the "special" handling we do for you now currently on the website (because the old one does not immediately charge your card), will NOT be available on the new website since the new website will immediately charge your card.  We will note that everywhere on the new site but that doesn't mean people will read or heed...

June 29th will be the last day for the old website format.

The new website will have some improved features, better inventory tracking, email notices when things are back in stock, etc.

We kept the old website software set up for such a long time for one reason- because it would allow you to order but not immediately charge your card. This allowed us to delay your charge until an order was ready to ship. So items with long lead times, like certain thermals and dual tube sets, etc. would not be charged until ready to ship.

That will not be possible with the new website, it will charge you when you place the order just like every other website on the planet does.

To that end, items with long lead times will be marked as such and will be set to "Call to order" only. This way you will still not be charged for an item with a long lead time until it's ready to ship. So some long time favorites like the BNVDs will have to show as this, due to the lead times involved with that platform.

Also, since the new website will charge upon the order being placed, we will not be able to babysit orders with declined cards like we have been able to for a couple decades now. What does that mean? That means that for years we let you know to contact your CC and let them know about the big charge that's coming, that helps a charge go through and not get declined. We will have the same info in the FAQs on the new website but it doesn't mean people will read it. As always we encourage you to CALL TO ORDER where we can still babysit the order a little more, giving you more customer service in tricky situations where your card declines.

Some parts of the new website may not be "live" by June 30th, please bear with us.

Expect the same high level of hands on help and customer service you have gotten from us for OVER 30 YEARS NOW with the new website. We are always available via email and phone call, we don't "hide" from phone calls and emails are returned usually within minutes during normal business hours.
