As some of you are aware I was at the Infantry Conference at Ft. Benning, GA the week of the 19th thru the 27th. In addition to working with some folks in the Army on getting the LULA I got a couple of chances to wander around and take a few pics.
You guys have been so great to me I thought I would take some time today and post some of them. All the best, Denny Now on with the show  INFANTRY HALL WHERE THE CONFERENCE IS HELD  BRADLEY FIGHTING VECHILE  STRYKER VECHILES, THESE CURRENTLY HAVE 8 CONFIGS  HUMMER WITH MA DEUCE  MULE  M1117 ASV, ARMORED SECURITY VECHILE  REMOTE CONTROLLED TRACKED WEAPONS PLATFORM  THE FUTURE HUMMER ??? PROTOTYPE UPARMORED HUMMER, WAY COOL  SOME PROTO 25MM BELT FEDS  SOME ACTUAL COMBAT WEAPONS, NOT THE WEIRD FLUTED BBL ON THE CLOSE M4?  ARMY SPR  THIS MG CAN BE CHANGED FOR 50 CAL TO 25MM AND HAS BUILT IN IR, ONLY 42 LBS AND THE MOUNT IS TITANIUM AND CARBON FIBER AND WEIGHT 6 LBS. BIG BUCKS  M4 WITH 12 GUAGE MOUNTED BELOW THE BBL, MAG FED  M4 WITH DAY, NIGHT THERMAL IMAGER, THIS I WANT..........BAD  REMOTE MOUNT FOR M240. HAS A TV CAMERA ON IT THAT LOOKS THRU AND EOTECH. THE OPERATOR CAN BE IN A SAFE BUNKER AND REMOTELY AIM AND FIRE THE WEAPON. GREAT FOR CHECK POINTS AND THE TOP OF VECHILES. I PLAYED WITH IT AND IT IS TOO COOL FOR WORDS. IT CAN MOUNT THERMAL, NVD'S OR WHAT EVER. IT IS ALSO GOOD FOR OBSERVATION  FUTURE WARRIOR PROJECT BOOTH  A FUTURE WARRIOR CONCEPT RIFLE, YES IT WORKS  BARRETT 6.8 SPC WITH SILENCER, THEY WERE COOL AND GAVE ME A HAT AND A COUPLE OF 50 CAL CLEANING KITS, NICE GUYS  MIKE AND PETER. PETER IS OVER FROM SWEDEN AND OWNS AIMPOINT, WE HAD DINNER. I HAVE KNOW MIKE FOR YEARS. MIKE IS THE AIMPOINT MILITARY REP AND FORMER..........WELL I CAN'T SAY IT  AIMPOINTS NEW QD 3X MAGNIFIER, NEAT AND VERY QD  SOME RAYTHEON THERMAL PRODUCTS  THE ARMY'S XM8 DISPLAY, IT WAS CROWDED ALL THE TIME  SHORTY XM8 AND THE CREW VECHILE MODEL IN THE BACKGROUD WITH COLLAPSE STOCK  GUY TAL OVER FROM ISRAEL DOING A DEMO ON THE LULA  PM SOLDIER WITH WHOM WE HOPEFULLY WILL SOON BE DOING A LOT OF BUSINESS  MY GOOD OLD FRIEND OF 25 YEARS MR. LARRY BULLOCK OF BUFFER TECHNOLOGIES  ANOTHER FRIEND, JOHN CARVER OF EAGLE INDUSTRIES  Hope you enjoyed. Denny |

My guess is they took the real optic off as it was QD and some one striper idiot was told to throw something on it and he screwed if up. Murphy was most likely sitting on his shoulder. To be very honest I didn't notice either as I was hauling ass to get pics taken. We were swamped with brass at the LULA dispaly and didn't want to miss any of them.

They are in production in Sweden and we should see them here soon. I have pretty much stayed away from optics but the Gatekeeper has convinced me to take them on. So I guess I will. Mike is too big to f**k with. Denny |

Ive gota have one of those 3x magnifiers. they give you any type of price range on them? And will you be carrying them once there availible? If so, im in for one!!!!!!!

Was there any info on what type of cartridge this might use, or what cal.
Is it a standard cartridge, or something being developed? Why is this here, if the XM8 is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Things that make you go hmmm... Thanks for posting the picks. |

Looking thru the 3X I didn't notice the dot getting bigger. I suppose that is due to the optical plane the 3x works on. Most likely past the dot.
DD has been quietly selling rails to the military for some time so I wasn't suprised to see it on a rifle. You can't see it in the pic but the auto sear is removed on that rifle as well and it has an LMT trigger in it. Denny |

Anyone notice the type of magazine that the underslung 12 guage shotgun is using.... ?
Looks like a Russian Saiga-12 5 round magazine to me. |

They made it bigger, and added a mag that dropped down well below the Rifles mag. Who thinks this is a good idea? Take all of the problems with the masterkey, and exaggerate them, brilliant. |

Backward? The Aimpoint Ghost Ring sight is in use with the elite..  Also- I think the 'Improved' CCO is probably a reference to it being a Comp/M2 versus original Comp/M |
