Hey, I was just wondering if y'all could post pics of your ARs in action. I've seen a lot of the nicely set-up pictures taken at your homes, but I want to see some of those ARs doing what they do best....being shot!!

Any pics of the ranges you go to would be nice too. All I've got around here is a 100 yard indoor range....I envy those of you who have nice outdoor ranges, and especially those of you with your own private land. Maybe one day.

The firing squad

And finally, the poor tin man with about 150 bullet holes.

Oh yeah, the nasty old gravel pit we shoot in. This is about 5 miles south of Vegas.

Thanks guys......keep 'em comin' if you've got 'em.

I am very jealous of the places you guys get to shoot. Maybe one day.

Also, WIZZO.....I love the middy. I have decided on a mid-length with an Eotech for my next AR.

This is a cool thread, I love perusing through these pictures almost as much as the news photos for gun nuts.
I don't have any cool training or class pictures. Just messing around.

Man, I can't wait until I have a place to shoot that's as nice as all of y'alls. This indoor range stuff just sucks compared to the places y'all have posted. Maybe one day I'll be able to take a class or two also.

Having an AR with no cool place to shoot it is like having a Ferrari with no open road to drive it on!!

The pics look great guys, and gals.

Keep 'em comin' if ya got 'em!!

A notice a distinct lack of bling in the "in-action" pictures in comparison to the regular picture thread.

Here is an unusual one of me with my AR. It is a still taken from a video.  You can actually see the projectile in front of the barrel and the case just being ejected. No photoshop I swear.

Here's me and my Bushy A2.

And one of my buddy and I down near San Antonio.

I disgree with the poster about the lack of bling.  I am seeing LOTS of bling on these rifles.  Flip-sights, lights, scopes, rails everywhere, VFGs, etc...

If you're talking about gold-plating, I agree, but I'm seeing a lot of tricked-out rifles in use in all kinds of ways.  I think I even saw an IR illuminator on one of the rifles in a carbine class.

My first pic is a plain jane Bushy A2 20" gov't profile rifle with NO frills.  The second is a Bushy Patrolman's carbine 16" with some bling.

I retract my earlier statement agreeing that there was not much "bling" on the rifles being pictured.

The first pictures were mainly of rifles of the KISS type, but yes, now there have been plenty of rifles with lots of accessories.

I think they are all looking great and some of the places you guys shoot are awesome!!
