Yea! I can't beleive ANY company that wanted to stay in business would take such good care of its customers! Whats the deal with that?

TXLEWIS,you have been here since 2001.. i guess you think BRAVO COMPANY USA  is overpriced?hinking.gif Maybe im just a noob but i dont think their stuff is overpriced.Hell, i would pay the extra dough to keep a good company going.

Heck yeah! I have placed two orders through them from all the way over here in Kuwait. As soon as my money orders arrived they promplty shipped! All of the parts are waiting for me at home and I will soon have my very first AR! Great work Paul and Bravo Co.!

Never heard a bad word about them.

Really want a SAM-R upper for my AR-15 from them. And I just got paid. Hmmmm....

No complaints here about them. I've ordered from Bravo Company, and I was impressed with the experience. I plan to buy more stuff from them.

I agree, they have a terrible shipping department too.  I ordered a barrled LMT upper, and the front sight was defective.  I returned it, and when they sent me another upper ASAP (even before my old upper had been sent back), some absent-minded shipper carelessly dropped a brand new 30rd BravoCo mag and an additional new set of handguards into the box.

If Paul charged 10% over what everyone else does, he still would have my business since the quality of service over cheap prices is a marginal oversight.

I find his prices reasonable.

I don't spend as much money as some of the guys on this site, but when I do Paul gets the call 99% of the time.

Probably 5 transactions over the last two years and NEVER have I been dissapointed with the service, shipping or the product.

It's almost like he's Dudley Dooright. Singlehandedly trying to right the wrongs which we read about daily of horror stories with certain dealers.

I wish I had more money to send Paul's way for more stuff.

LOL! I was coming into this thread ready to bust a few skulls!! Phew! Bravo has to be the best company out there to do business with. Period. When I ordered my upper they went far above the call of duty to see few little problems I had worked out. Thanks Paul!

Bravo company are AWESOME.


They accidentally shipped me a wrong part, and then insisted I keep the wrong part while they immediately shipped me the correct one.

Then - when the correct one never arrived, they sent another one, no questions asked!

AND, they gave me a discount on some other stuff I ordered - which was completely unecessary, and very nice!!



How's THAT for amazing service??

I can't say enough about Bravo and G&R.  These guys have great service and products.  It also helps when a new product comes on the market and these guys chime in and show off pictures and answer questions.  What other company would do that?

I just placed an order from Bravo over the weekend and expect it tomorrow or Thurs.  Sometimes it is sad that I have to order something directly from the manufacture or another company.  But these guys can't stock everything.

I ordered a bipod from another company and it wasn't in stock but I think my cc was charged anyway and I canceled the order.  Now I have to wait and see if the charges are going to be reversed.  What a pain in the ass.  

These guys have their websites up to date and I can always see what is in stock.  If I have a question I just shoot an email.

I am so glad that I browse this forums daily and see what the industry has to offer.

These guys deserve your business!!!

lol i saw this thread and i was thinking wtf!!
i have given money to bravo company 2 times and both were good experiences but than again i have had great luck with dealers i found on this site, also i gotta say CS gun works gets a A+ as does Jtac and jtac is the one who suggested bravo to me for a part i was looking for in the first place

oh yeah Paul, when are you guys suppose to get your new line of barrels going?!

BravoCompanyUSA:  A suggestion for you (and all other manufacturers), when I go to your URL, naturally I want to bookmark the site of a company that has such glowing recommendations...

And when I do so, it reads "Home Page AR15, M16, M4 parts and accessories".  A LOT of companies' home page will read "Home Page"... Duh!!!

Ask your webmaster to change it to read "Bravo Company Home Page AR15.... (etc)"

Just one of my pet peeves, I know now to rename the URL as I bookmark it.

Anyway, this will make it more convenient for people wanting to come back to your site and shop.

I know I certainly will!

I purchased my first AR through Bravo Company, well at least part of it.  After three months of purchasing parts to build my AR I finally bought the LMT M4 upper that Bravo Company sells.  When it came, the flash-hider was damaged.  So I talked to Paul and he just told me to send it back, and they would reimburse me for the shipping (which they did).  I also returned the first rear sight I purchased for a cheaper one, with the upper.  I couldn't wait to get my upper (literally) because my buddy who built it for me was leaving the next week, so I asked Paul if he would overnight it to me (using the money from the difference between the two rear-sights), which he did and I now have my first AR.  Amongst all this confussion, Bravo Company took real good care of me as a first time buyer.  I will definately continue to give them my business, and really appreciate their cutomer service.
