I love the MR/T.  Clear, rugged and just about the perfect magnification for .223 in the field.  The IR is great too.

matt, It cost more than I would have liked it to.  :)

How bright would you say the IR is compared to an ML2?

How do you tune in the radio on that thing?

Not sure, torn between G3 clone, AR10 and DPMS LR, maybe even a PSG clone.

I to would like to build a DPMS LR. Eventhough it looks a little simple and crude, I've heard it shoots like a house of fire! It's a great platform to experiment with.

Only thing I don't get is the CQB sling on a precision rifle... :)

Other than that, nice piece!

CornFed,
That is a VERY nice setup you have there.  At some point I'm going to need to build up an SPR!

I run a single point on my SPR clone as well.  It doesn't get tangled in the bipod, allows you to go prone, allows off shoulder transitions,  and holds the rifle when you are standing around admiring your target.  Makes perfect sense [:)].

First off - SWEET RIFLE!!!

I have a question about the ARMS rings - did you use the high mounts to clear the rear BUIS?  That's kind of what it looks like!

Again, sweet rifle!

It don't matter anymore - he parted out the upper.

I got the Leupold MR/T illuminated mil-dot scope with ARMS rings off of him about three weeks ago for my Mod 1 SPR upper.

SPR SPF

Top rifle has the scope that CFH sold to me.  I don't have any pics of it by itself [yet].  It is complete except for a BUIS set - thinking Troy when funds allow.
