With just a dot sight and Magpul Buis. It is in .300 Blk. I do handload for it (125gr Serria SPs.) I took off the 'hand support fin' and it has a regular buffer tube... just to go by ATF regs (even with the court cases.)
Well, the question.
My understanding is you cannot put a FIXED STOCK of any kind on it that attaches to the pistol, least it becomes a SBR!
Now I have seen Glock non-attaching stocks that you have to sit on the back of the grip and hold it there by grip pressure. If you let go of the grip the stock falls off.
So... if you get a bit of PVC, with an end cap, and it drops onto the buffer tube, but is NOT ATTACHED by any means, even by friction, is that legal?
Just wondering!!!
