I was looking at Leapers SwatForce Red Dot Sight, to mount on my M-4 and wanted to hear any comments or opinions on it.

i fell for the leapers scam once, never again, i know of nobody who has a good scope from them, leap over to loopy for good optics

Exactly. You can get a nice, high-quality, USABLE Leupold for under $200, and it will probably last the rest of your life.

A Leapers would be lucky to last until lunch. Let some other sucker waste his money.

For a "reflex-type" optic, take a look at the OKO, or at least one of the Hakko designs. The AimPoint and EOTech rule this sector for good reason, though.

Leapers: Absolute Garbage.

I've watched as the reticle spun around, than the glass shatter on a cheap Leapers scope that my buddy had on a
rusty SKS. It would'nt even hold zero after about 10 rounds in the first place.

Anyways, how are you going to put something with "Swat Force" in the title anywhere near an M4 type?

Save yourself the trouble and save up for an Aimpoint or an EoTech. The EE has great deals from time to time.

I have the swat force red dot sight on my ar-15 the dials are on backwords what I mean is up is down and left is right the flip up scope cover pin fell out and was lost in the field if you can get past all that the gun does hit where the dot is pointing.

I'm the king of low cost optics, and even I won't touch a Leapers, or BEC...they're just junk.

If you can find something made in the Philippines rather than made in China, that's usually a step up.

Even a BSA red dot is better than a Leapers. I've had one on a few different rifles, and it still works.

My first was the worst, because it lasted a few thousand rounds on my SAR1 and made me try buying 2 more that were instant crap. All 3 became targets.

Leapers scopes are evil. They will render you sterile and possibly open a portal to hell. I've seen them summon demons at the range. My cousin's girlfriend knew a guy whose uncle mounted a Leapers 4x20 scope on his AR and he spontaneously combusted. My neighbor's cat was raped by a Leapers scope last year.

You would be better off getting an empty glass coke bottle and mounting it instead. It would be clearer and hold up better!
