Kroma was interesting but nothing I really have a use for.  I'm not sure its really an better than an A2 aviator.

That helmet light should be standard GI issue.  its perfect.

I played with The Beast and although i would never buy one, its very cool

I came home with a X200B and a "Scout Light" (M600A). So I guess i'm a few years behind the learning curve on the new SF stuff

If the X300 has an IR laser, it prolly won't be available to us mere civilians.

The Kroma would be a fine combate or weapon light if it included both visible and IR option LEDs.  Am I to correctly understand it is a civilianized version of a light developed for a govrnment application?

I have a few pics of the new Surefire X300, its a X200a with a visible and IR laser! Looked awesome! I have no specific info on it like cost or lumens, but it was great. Also saw a new compact HID light almost as bright (maybe even brighter) than the Beast, but it was about the size of an M6. Awesome!!! Holy crap. I have no pics of that thing though. Im super busy now, I'll post more with the pics when I can.
