I recently purchased one of the CQD rear sling mounts.  Didn't come with any instructions, if there were any.  What is the correct way to install this sling mount?  Does it go behind the original end plate or does it replace it?

it replaces the original back plate.


"The CQD® Rear Sling Mount (CQD® -RSM) replaces the manufacturer's original part (receiver end plate adaptor)"
