I just build colt lower to use colt upper but I have big problem.I have used old SP-1 fire group in the Colt lower any way I was in the range my carbine start the double tab and three burst I realy got scared some body told me that I need the change to lower parts and I got the new DPMS lower parts installed,but same thing happened again.Please help.

Are the hammer and trigger pins the same diameter as the holes in the lower receiver and the holes in the hammer, trigger, and disconnector?

Yes, but pins seems to be smaller than the holes.Thank you for the quick response.

Colt uses two pin sizes, the pins, parts and lowers are not interchangeable. If the two different sized parts are mixed the relationships between them will be off and you'll get doubling.

If you have a large pin (.170" ID) lower you'll need large pin parts and pins. If you have a small pin (.155" ID) lower you'll need small pin parts and pins.

I try to stay on top of things [;)] but plenty others here know the deal.
