My FCG trigger retaining pin hole is out of spec just enough to make my safety selector stiff and not click into position. If I run a punch in the trigger retaining pin hole and leave the punch in it clicks and moves fine. Is there a fix for this issue? The safety functions its just tight.

80 that you cut?

If so grease and it will free up in time.

Grease the safety selector where the detent tracks. Liberally.

Sometimes I'll take a piece of 180 grit and get the hard tip sanded on the detent slightly.
It helps smooth it out a bit.

I bought a rifle with the opposite problem, the safety selector was mushy feeling, and too easy to move.  I replaced the safety selector, the detent and the detent spring, and now it snicks between Safe/Fire smoothly and cleanly, with proper resistance.

You could also try an oversize trigger retaining pin.

What is a trigger retaining pin? Do you mean trigger pin?

I do this on all my builds.   A bit of white lithium grease makes things much nicer, especially when new
