Originally Posted By ATravis11b: What does the sight picture look like with that optic so far forward? View Quote Not bad it's the 1x and the big circle is great for fast shooting up close. The 3x of that optic requires a side mount or railed dust cover with a closer eye relief which I have on something else and like better but wanted something better for folding. It's no different than a red dot really Eta Honestly I would of went with a micro and the co-witness attero type mount if I did it over but it works better than what it looks like. |

Definitely Hawaii must have some perks, but it also has some downsides like no shooting. When I lived in the EU for a few years it really sucked not having access to my Texas collection, so I feel your pain there If you get back to Texas what base will it be (if you can say)? Same goes for MOS, if you can say that too. We assume it's 11B for obvious reasons but we all end up with 2 or 3 over a career so you never know You could probably sell the ZenitCo stuff and retire today BTW...that's an impressive amount of stuff. When I get the B33RPK installed I probably will switch back to PO 4x17 like you are, it's a natural for the RPK IMO, but I'll miss Obzor which is still one of my all time favorites Z |
