Someone is offering me a IO Inc Maadi as a partial trade. I never knew of them to import Maadi rifles. Would this be a parts kit built by IO? What's the value?

I would run far away. IO never imported them. Their web site says they didnt start business until 95, after the ban. http://www.ioinc.us/welcome-to-io-inc.html
