Finally added an HK to the stable. Used USP .45. Nothing fancy, but I've always liked these. Only one mag, but I still think it was a decent deal.

Welcome to the club.  If you need to replace the mag spring, get a wolff extra power springs.  I also like to install the HK match hammer, reduced power hammer spring and extended mag release, theres plenty of how to videos

Nice! My local Cabelas has a used one with three mags for $800. I've been sitting on the fence with that one for a while.

Ah the USP45, still miss my USP45 Expert I had years ago.
These dropped off the CA approved handguns list so can get them unless you pay the premium price for private sales. -_-

What’d you pay? I got mine for $900. Used, but came with 4 mags, some HST, and a holster. Buddy offered the Insight M2, but I turned it down. Whoops

I paid $485 for a well used one with 3 LEO restricted marked mags a few years ago at my local Cabelas. I even balked at it for a few days and it was still there when I made the decision to buy it

Great deal. New usp 45s are going for over a grand, I’ll stick with my HK45Cs. Welcome to the party pal.

Only gun I have that my hands are too small for but will never sell. Mines an old one from early 2000’s. Mine had such a good trigger that I felt no difference after I did the match trigger.

Nice find.  I got mine over 20 years ago.  I think they were running about $900 new back then.   After 20 plus years and well over 10k rounds I just finally rebuilt my recoil spring assembly last month.  It didn’t need it but thought it might be worth the effort.

Here is a link for more mags.  CDNN USP 45f 12 rd mags

You stole that thing!

I had thousands of rounds through USP’s about a decade ago but just recently bought my own. I knew I liked them but this thing is growing on me much more than I expected. Might even find its way into being my go to.

Actually my first start on an HK was a 51KPDW.

Congrats on your first, of hopefully many, HKs.

Just added my first HK to the collection too!  Went for the USP 45 Expert. Really want a Mark 23, but alas “threaded barrel pistols” are “assault weapons” in WA State and now banned.

Steal of a price. I've loved HKs for years. I must warn you that owning one leads to owning two, which leads to three and so on.
