Sorry I havent updated in a while, There were a few that came and went without pics, but here's a few more guns in over the last few weeks!!
Very good customers Wison Protector with a similarly finished Benchmade: Wilson CQB with rail, adjustable night sights and magwell: Les Baer Stinger in blue. Officer frame, Cammander(ish) barrel. Pretty cool! Standard Kimber Pro Carry came in used: Older, series 70 Kimber Pro CDP. I dont know how you wouldnt shoot a gun like this, but I dont think its ever been shot. Loaded Stainless Springfield with adjustable sights |

I thought I would post my new Novak custom....I am quite excited....just received her today. I wanted an "All Black" look and there are a few other oddities' that I incorporated also notice NO front-strap or rear-strap checkering (a personal choice). *The build sheet sheet put a little crease in my pocket book but I think it was worth it. I utlizied one of the "new /repro" Colt 1911 military's with the 70 series internals.

Some more cool guns are in this week!
Standard Wilson CQB. When I called Wilson to see what was in stock they told me about this gun that was featured in the April '04 edition of Gun Test magazine. I called Gun Test up and got a copy of the back issue to give away with the gun. Guy traded in the very first Vickers gun we sold to buy a rifle. This one has green canvas VZ Gators with VZ slex screws. Its for sale pretty cheap for previously owned but unfired Vickers! Couple new Kimbers in as well. Standard Pro Carry II with Night Sights: And a Tactical Pro II. Black slide, dark grey frame and black/grey grips are nice. I like the look of this one. |

I can attest that that Vickers gun is every bit as nice as their reputation states. I nearly
 all over the counter. My credit card would be hurting if my lovely wife hadn't been there.  Thanks, Neal. I'll try to swing back by in a few weeks. May even spend some money this time.  P.S. Give Tuna a raise. He makes me laugh. |

New Nighthawk T3! Looks awesome. I like the modified magwel and Alien grips. Barrel is cut flush with bushing, side of slide stop flush with frame, Heine sights! Good stuff!
We got some new Springfields in. Actually, we have their Alpha and Omega guns! Here's the alpha (the entry level gun) Here's the Omega (the end of the line!) Also got another EMP in |

They're made by VZ Grips right here in Florida!!! If you look through the pics, you'll see a few more pairs of them on guns we've sold.
I've got some more to put up, Nighthawk is sending me a new T3, that first one sold the day it came in. The new one will be all hard chrome! Nighthawk said its the only one they've done like that. It may not last here very long, I've got a few of our regulars chomping at the bit to see it. Guy came in wanting a Springfield Pro, but he wanted the rail version. Close but no cigar, we had the non rail model. He gave a down payment for me to put it on order. Let's see how long it takes to get that one in!!! Also picked up another TRP in stainless and took in a Sig STX on trade when the guy bought an Ed Brown. The STX is pretty nice looking. Sold a Kimber Aegis and the guy opted for some Tru-Ivory's for it. Im not sure how I feel about it, but he loved it!

VZ has terrible customer service, in my personal experience. I have ordered grips from both of the above mentioned companies (at a better price I might add) and have had great service from both of them. There is always two sides to every story I guess when you want to talk about civil litigation. At any rate, good quality at a better price with good service gets my money any day! Sadly, I just missed out on the all hard chrome T3, someone snagged it just before I called in on it. But I did get a OD/black two tone model...

Picked up a few new ones this week. Nicest is the Wilson Tactical Elite. Few extra serrations added to the gun, and it is a smooth looking and feeling gun.
Also picked up a Stainless Milspec Springfield And a couple of the new tiny guns came in from Colt and Kimber. The New Colt Agent has slim rosewood grips, a little wider safety, a standard hammer and checkering on the safety all of which I like a little better than whats on the Kimber. however, the Kimber has had many of the edges rounded off which is very nice in the hand and a shorter smoother bobtail on the grip safety, two features I like better than whats on the Colt. Both guns have a shallow channel on the top of the slide which is supposed to be your sight. I think I might put a set of Crimson Trace laser grips on either of these guns myself. |

He has a few new styles not listed on his site including a golfball pattern and some others. You'd have to get in touch with John direct to see if he has these new styles available for sale or not. I know he is pretty busy these days, but drop him a line on email asking for Alien grips. They come standard on the Nighthawk T3 now, as pictured above.

Couple new ones...
Another Tactical Elite. This one is two tone with a great set of grips. I thought the WC medallions went well with the stainless frame. Looks good! This is a pretty custom Kimber. It is pictured earlier in the thread, but we just put a pair of the Kimber marked desert digi camo Crimson Trace laser grips on for the guy. Looks pretty nice! Couple more guns sold out of the custom case, so Im in the market for a couple more. Nighhawk is running an offer for its dealers, so I may get a couple more of them in next week. We'll see! |

That Kimber is beautiful but I'm not really a fan of the digi camo grips. And if they're the ones w/ the laser installed you could get some decent coin for them and have some fun w/ it.

Good 1911 week. Sold some Kimber, some Colt, some Springfield and another Nighthawk. Only got a few new ones in though!
We've been waiting on this one for a while. I ordered it custom quite a while back. Talon IV with hard chrome frame, diamond black slide, slide stop cut flush with frame. I like it! Also ordered a standard GRP II with a bobtail. Im not sure, but I think they may have discontinued the GRP II's. I dont see them listed in the catalog any longer... Another Kimber Covert Pro came in as well. |
