I really love my browning sweet sixteen but wish I could use it more. The problem is that the barrel is a full choke and though I am halfway decent at skeet with it I want to be better. I decided I to get the barrel bore and threaded for choke tubes. Anyone know a good shotgun barrel place for this? Any idea on how much it will cost? I don't want a cut rate 'smith but then again I can't afford a money-is-no-object guy either. I just want a very good job done and am willing to pay for exactly that.
Thanks!
Gary

While I'm sure there are many others, several places come to mind:

Simmons Guns in Kansas is noted for top quality shotgun work.
http://www.simmonsguns.com/

Hans Vang is FAMOUS for his shotgun work:

A good one in Missouri is Nu-line Guns. They USED to be in St Charles, but it looks like they moved:
www.nulineguns.com/

Although they are listed as one of American Handgunner Magazine Top 100 gunsmiths, seems they are more oriented to shotgun work now.

Thanks soooooooooo much for the links.  Nu-Line has good prices and I've been looking for somebody reputable to do a choke tube conversion; it's cheaper to have them do it than buy the tools myself.

Why not but a jap barrel with screw in chokes and leave the original full choke? MIKE.

Yes the Japan made barrel will work and they are just as good as the Beligum barrels.
