I have yet another question regarding the paperwork for my 9mm RRA SBR.  In section 5 on the form 4, it asks for the "transferee's" FFL.  I have a C&R FFL.  Do I list that number there or should "N/A" be entered there since the transfer is not really being done from one SOT dealer to another?

Don't bother with putting your C&R number on there, unless it is a C&R weapon.  You can put N/A if you want, but leaving it blank works just fine.
