Researching for more than an hour?

ETA: He finally got a Proceed after 3 & 1/2 hours from the national INSTANT check system.

I've seen 3 day Delays, but never before 3 & 1/2 hours in "Processing." He was able to pick it up this morning, so all's well that ends well.

rlc Joined Aug 2004 Posts 4554 EE 100% (2) VA, USA	Posted: 10/27/2023 10:56:43 PM EDT [#5] you must be a new dealer, or never had a late bloomer, now, anyone under 21 may be a few days every now and again we get an inresearch that may go a day or 4,,,, no biggie, you can transfer after a few days, but here in VA, you have to call the VSP to see if it is ok, happens rarely, and those that it does happen to, expect it

Under 21 goes to auto-Delay. My Delays pop either Tuesday or Wednesday, which doesn't matter, as I can't transfer before the next weekend anyway.

What was weird about this one was the hang in Processing, & not going to Delay. I've never seen that across 3 different FFLs I've worked at or owned.
