Not PPU, but I’ve run a bunch of Fiocchi 158gr subs through my MP5K-N. It functions great.

HK always warned against heavier than 147gr, but this was due to the Izzy black tip 158gr +P+.

Jim Schatz (may he RIP) previously confirmed that 158gr subs were safe.

The modern subs. Not the old surplus stuff.

I've ran a few boxes of the PPU 158gr without issue.

My AP5P doesn't like to feed the last two rounds in the mag if they're flat nose, so I load the PPU 158gr for those since they're one of the only available round nose subs.

Also have run 158 subs, from PPU, zero issues.

158 Fiochii runs great in mine and I just found that AE 147 subs do not run all that great in my AP5.
