I live in MD, always prefer local or nearby transactions, and when possible like to hand deliver items to buyers and FFLs, where it is legal and ok with your FFL.
If you're local and don't have an FFL, I can recommend one in Rockville, MD.
I have a Type 03 C&R FFL
I accept various forms of payment, including personal and bank checks.
I have excellent transaction feedback on a number of sites, such as AR15.com, under the name MG-70.
Shipping will be via USPS. Handguns will be shipped by an FFL in a fixed rate box. Ever since the USPS turned to crap, the online estimates for shipping have never matched the counter estimates.

Mosin Nagant 91-30 7.62X54R. 1944 Izhvesk PU Russian Sniper Rifle imported by I.O. Inc., Monroe N.C. On the rear left of the receiver it's marked KO-91/30 Made in Russia 7,62X54R which I believe is the marking for Molot, the Russian arms exporter. If I recall, it was said these were refurbished in the Ukraine to be sold in the US civilian market. There's a 3-digit number that matches on barrel shank top, side of bolt, floorplate, and buttplate, and there's a 6-digit number that matches on the barrel shank side, top rear body of the scope, and etched on the lower side of the scope mount. It includes cleaning rod, leather scope lens cover, canvas cover for the scope and mount, sling, and double pouch with oiler, and tool kit with cleaning rod handle, muzzle guide, and firing pin protrusion gauge. The bore looks surprisingly sharp for a wartime rifle. The reticle looks like it was painted with a horse's tail. The stock fits well but the cut-out for the scope base is not finished, making it a replacement. Comes in exporter's cardbox box which has seen better days.
