Date: Sunday, October 24, 2010
Time: 10am. Place: VOLUSIA COUNTY GUN & HUNT CLUB Price: $25.00 (price includes admission, one free ($10 value) raffle ticket. The first 200 to sign up will get a grab bag with a Magpul P-mag, Howard Leight earpro, Trijicon lens cloth and more) The FDCC matches we hold every month in Lake City are always free. About once a year or so, we hold an anniversary match and hold a raffle to raise money so that we can pay for the storage unit we rent, pay for lumber for target stands as well as the paper, cardboard and steel targets we use every month. This match is open to anyone and everyone who can follow the four main safety rules. Please come, tell your friends, tell you mom. Bring the family, that's FDCC style! The style of this match will be like any other you may have attended, but we will be celebrating 10 years of FDCC matches by making more of a day out of it. There will be a shoot house and dark room at one of the stages, food available, several well known manufacturers will be showing up holding demonstrations of their products while you wait to shoot, and best of all, there will be a raffle with some very awesome prizes to choose from. As companies agree to donate prizes to the raffle and participate in the Industry section, I will add their names below. I will also add more specific details as they are ironed out. Hey Marcus, with the way our raffle works, not really. Each ticket is not tied to a specific prize. Each ticket is your chance to pick what you want. There is a HUGE prize table and when your ticket is called, you come up to pick what you want from whats available.
However, if you had a friend who you TRUSTED who was going, feel free to give them all the money you want for tickets. You'd have to trust this person pretty well to not use your tickets to pick the best prized for themselves! 
I just recently started sending out solicitations for prizes and more compamies are signing on every day. If you have ties to a manufacturer who you think would like to participate, please contact me. Thanks! |

LOL, good luck with that one.
I remember the last one of these I made it out to. Unfortunately I don't get to many shoots, but I think I made it out to the 8 year anniversary shoot and it was an absolute blast. I have a conflict for this weekend, but it's not set in stone...will have to see what I can do. |
