This is just so completely wrong, I'm not sure what to say.
Link to FOX News Article "Households earning $28,000-$69,000 would be charged an extra $20 to $34 per month. I just got my electric bill. Despite the tiered rates, I am already paying an overall average value of $0.39/kWh.
