Hello,

I have been away from home, going to school in Montana for a year. I will be returning to Washington in the next few weeks to resume my education there. I just want to make sure that my m4gery is going to be legal there. Does WA have any form of AWB?

I think for the most part, Washington is a fairly liberal state. At least in my age group it is (early 20s). Does anyone think there may be a future assault weapons ban imposed there (if there isn't already)?

If the weapon used is actually an AK, I figure the Dems are already working on it by now....

I bought mine on the way home from work.  I cut through twon because  the sign on the freeway said the 38th street exit was closed.  Stopped by at BullsEye for the hell of it, and bought a 16" AK on a whim.

Guess I'm not the only one worried about the Commu-Nazi's in King County turning this into a hysterical frenzy to get a CA style ban going..

They're slipping, I checked the Seattle Times editorial page and they haven't yet called for a ban on guns or gunowners...  Oh well, they'll start tomorrow, we could probably listen to the Dave Ross show on KIRO 710 this afternoon to get a clue as to their strategy.
Whatever it is they're dusting off their plans right now.

I hope an AWB doesn't become an iniative... King county pretty much runs this state, and they'll dig up more zombies to vote if they have to.

Yep, if an AWB is introduced as an initiative its going to be a challenge to stop. he.

I think I'm going to resume school at Green River Community college. I'm going to work towards getting my criminal justice degree. If an AWB is passed though, I will be hauling ass back to Montana.
