Oh, and E22CAPT, try going to Citadel or Black Rifle Armory... both have stripped and complete lowers, parts kits and whatever else you'd need.  I think they're $300, but they have the Colt lowers that are marked AR15 (LEO only)

I do not have the numbers, but Douglas County (which includes a little place called Lake Tahoe, you may have heard of it) is certainly not in need of your precious Clark money.

Here ya' go GM..... Nevada State Sales Tax Revenue Report 2004

It appears the little place called Lake Tahoe certainly needs our "Precious" Clark money. Clark County pulled in over 28 Billion (yes billion) dollars in the year 2004; whereas Washoe about 6 billion, and Douglas (Tahoe) a paltry 750 million.

Question: If Tahoe didn't need OUR money from Clark, then why does it need its own license plate to try and generate revenue?

As Northern Nevada Bob would say:

Not all of us like what's going on in Clark County, but three things are for sure:
