This is kind of an all-of-a-sudden thing. I've got an issue with an impacted tooth, they wanted to do it this weekend but I'm going to be out of town. This sucks. They're going to put me under and everything
 Well, the surgery is Friday morning. Do you think I would be up to it as long as I took it easy? ETA: Oh, and I didn't know I had so many fans  . (like it's going to mean two @#&t's if I'm there or not, come on....)

beetle posted the website. the range is loceted in pleasant grove alabama and is open to all. range fees are 10.00 for our shoots. the public range is 15.00 for non members anytime.
try hooking up with bookhound or the others in the GA crew. they usually caravan over that morning. |

Yeehaw. Can't wait for the deer hunter crowd to have to put up with us. I watched a couple of minutes Sat while they did their thang (Bama spelling). I shot more ammo in 5 minutes that all of them did all day. Ridiculous to take 5-10 minutes to sight in between shots. Just imagine one of them aiming for 5 minutes and about the time he is ready I let loose with a 40 round mag from an HK53. Bet he jumps. Hey Slayer, can't members take guests to the lower range? If so, besides us, how many members coming? |

i have a head count of about 9 so far including non members. we can take them anywhere as guests but i won't ask for a dedicated range with this few people. hopefully we will have a bigger turnout than people that have posted. |

Just figured if we took them to the lower range, we would probably end up with it by ourselves in the end. One gut and son came for about an hour Sat and another guy came after they left for about 45 min and then went to pistol area. If not, we end up taking over the public range anyway with 9 people.

By the way, I will have a couple of MGs with me Saturday. If anybody has never shot one and wants to, bring some good .223(Q3131A or XM193 or equivelent) to load into a mag or some good 9mm(no Blazer) to load into a mag. Might bring a .22 also so be ready if you want to try one.
