While I agree that BBQ MUST include pork.......

whatever you call it, there were at least 3 seperate instances of well=prepared beef during gunstock.

Friday night's imprommptu cookout, saturday's fajitas, and saturday night's feast.


Maybe next yeart we could get a group together to bring a few pork shoulders and another smoker, maybe some ribs, show 'em how memphis does BBQ.

Call it cross-cultural training.

At any rate, Gunstock was a load of fun, and I'm looking forward to next year.

As long as GS is in Texas I will pass. I have had too many bad experiences in that state. I aint going back.
