Some years ago I took the CPL course and got my CPL. When it came time to renew it I didn't have the money and let it lapse. Would I have to take the course again or can I just apply for it?

This happened to a friend of mine, he took the course again before re-applying just to learn the new rules/legal environment we now live in.

Well when I took the class I was told it was good for life, didn't have to take it again. But that was over 10 years, I think. Things could have changed. I do try to stay current on gun laws, stuff I like to do.
