Maybe my search skills suck but I can't find a pic thread dedicated to the AK74.  I think we need one. Let's see your 5.45 74's.

I'll start with an SGL31-84.

Couple of 5.45x39 Saigas I got when they first became available.

It's a great stock.

A bit on the heavy side but it balances the rifle well, is definitely the toughest factory stock for an AK and is probably the most comfortable for optics. At one time I had three of them but am now back down to just one on the S12.

eta: SVDS modified by Izhmash for AK 5.5mm folder for left side, and original SVDS for the Dragunov to fold on the right side

I'm not sure really. Tiger prices are silly now, it's kind of held up my desire to have an SVDS. I can hold onto the SVDS kit for a while and maybe get lucky with a Tiger deal down the road

lol i wanted one so bad i settled for a Buly one built on an ITM receiver (Non heat treated) by ORF with a finish that chips away like Frost Flakes. It has a fake can and for a longest while it would key hole every shot. I narrowed it down and it was apparently hitting the fake can? I wasnt 100% sure but now it shoots fine and semi on target. I kinda had to adjust the front sight to the left some. Kind of annoying but it still hits.

Either way its a fucking riot to shoot and functions just fine. Its a flame thrower and make people jump out of their skin at the range

Here is my favorite 74, it's one of the few bulgy aks kits that came in with matching bayo's built on a matching numbers nodak spud. I spent alot of time and effort aquiring it and making it perfectly period correct, besides a few little details like the third x stamp and faux 3rd rivet I guess. Also, it has a trijicon reflex on a trijicon mount and after texzen's recommendation on the light thread a tlr-1 on a dbmg mount, which is a very nice piece and im glad you guy's brought it up.

Ill add a pic of my other bulgy next time I take it out of the safe. They are kinda like my ying and yang :)

See if you can get a Moderator to tack this.  Last time I started a thread similar to this one, it eventually disappeared.  They can add it to the AK photo thread!

The mount is an Attero Arms Bravo Mount.  It's designed for an Aimpoint T1/H1 or a Primary Arms MD-06 (the ones with a removeable base and no Kill Flash).  It replaces the rear sights (and front sights) to give you pistol sights - I got the model with three dot type pistol sights with white dots.  They have an alpha mount that works with a Burris Fastfire II/III, Trijicon RMR, or Leupold DeltaPoint.  Also a picatinny rail for other optics, though they won't sit as low usually.  Here are some pics:

I looked at some of the other rear sight mounting options - I checked the reviews on the Strike Industries AK Rear Sight mount and it was just too high up off the rear sight and totally destroyed the lines of the gun aesthetically.  Went with the Bravo mount and been really happy.

ETA:  A guy on another forum I visit posted a review and some more pics here:  link

SGL31 started out as fixed stock.  Converted, add PG plate and refinish by Inrange.  Now sports standard sling, windage adjustable rear sight, Venezuelan PK-A, Krebs safety, Palm PG (which I love), SRVV brake, and G2 FCG.  This one will be complete when I get an STK HG and add a light to it:
