Platypus is awesome and takes Glock mags.
CZ bro? No problem, they have you covered. Sig bro? Oh my friend, have you tried the Legion series? There is no excuse for having 8 Glocks and no SAO. It is not an action type, it is a command. SINGLE ACTION ONLY. |

I am making the transition to SAO.
I have long been a striker guy but have shot plenty of SAO guns but never seriously carried one for life and death protection. It's a process, not a one and done switch for me. |

Single action is for people who need the gun to go off before they flinch or their terrible trigger control takes over.

You can even get a cheap Tisa if cost is an issue.
It simply is objectively the best pistol action available. |

SAO is limited or open in steel challenge. Striker fired is carry optics or production. So there.
And if you can’t shoot with a mediocre Glock trigger, you can’t shoot. |

I am interested in the SAO P226 but the Legion crowd is gay. When they sell the black on black LEO model on the free market I will get one. My MK25 and P226 have been great.

I wish my carry piece was available in SA. Never liked strikers.

Nothing to return to - I'm already there...
I'm 68 years old, I've been shooting since I was a teenager. I have never in my life owned a DA pistol, mine have always been single action. |

Went to the range yesterday. Buddy got a new gun... a Staccato P!
He's been tinkering with a Tisas .45 so I brought my Lightweight Operator out and we had a 1911 day. This was my first time shooting a Staccato, so I got to admit, it's a much better gun that the old STIs I've shot in the past. Also, it's a really nice gun. Not the best, but definitely one of the best I've shot. It's not nicer shooting than my P320, but it is nicer to shoot. |

I have both, but all my single actions are 1911 or Hi Power. They don't get a lot of carry time. {Some}

From beginner to experienced you just simply are a better shooter with it. Atlas makes the barrel length some weird length so that the pistol falls back down onto target better |

I have had both for years. Both are the same caliber. When I reach for a revolver, I'm far more likely to grab the DA than the SA. Why? The DA can be reloaded 3X faster.
