- 2 x 12” stainless steel bars & spring tension clamp sets
(Each bar & clamp set weighs 1.25 lbs.)
- 4 x 1.25 lb. iron weight plates
- 4 x 2.5 lb. iron weight plates
- 8 x 5 lb. iron weight plates

Each bar can hold weight loads from 2.5 lbs. up to 25 lbs., adjustable by 2.5 lb. increments.
