Under ground gas tank explosion...???? |
|
Death to quislings.
|
|
|
|
Looks like not in us, maybe third world construction and safety devices
|
|
|
Possible? Yes.
In the US? Very doubtful. Unless someone bombs it. That doesn’t look like a U.S. install to me. |

Gas station bleve?

God is punishing the Earth for making false dinosaur fossils to test our faith.

Gas stations hate people wearing a man dress.

Looks like some desert place that has a lot of oil but doesn't know how to build a gas station.

Men wearing mandresses = Turd World construction standards.

Those fucking idiots went back for their cars?
Don't get me wrong, I love my Accord, but it ain't worth dying over! |

Almost empty tanks, lots of perfect air to gas vapor ratio, spark, kaboom!

Liberals are a curious mix of communism and fascism, they want to destroy you but want to use your own money to do it.
I'm getting down to the last box, the other have all been destroyed... |
All things considered it seemed pretty well contained. That's crazy.

A lot of seal offs and explosion proof rated stuff on tank wiring. Portions have gone to intrinsically safe wiring for a good while now. Some dispenser pumps used to have two seal offs just in one pump as a conduit passes from one section of the dispenser to the other. Even conduits with wiring to the canopy lighting have seal offs as they emerge from the ground to feed the lights in the canopy.

I'm not lazy, I just really enjoy doing nothing.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Dude took off with the nozzle still in lol.

Fortunately, these types of videos are rarely from somewhere in the US.
Maybe all of our crazy rules, regs and codes have something to do with that. |

Would you like a slurpee with that?

Straight is the gate and narrow is the way that leads to liberty, and few nations, if any, have found it.

Partially filled tank with a vapor concentration between 1.4 and 7.6%, add a spark, and kaboom.
Loads of safety standards and regulations exist in the US to minimize the risk. In the third world, your mileage may vary. |

Guy in a diesel probably didn’t turn his engine while he was filling up.

Idiot went back for his car

I 'd expect a bigger boom. Must have been half empty.

That must be pretty unusual.
None of the gasoline stations I've been to did that. |

And the middle east gets a ton of static electricity. I always guess from the fine particles of sand blowing around. I remember seeing visible sparks touching car doors and having my finger pushed back. Also made radio communications pretty shit. Our metal buildings had huge grounding rods they were connected to. I saw one dug up once, the surface part was tiny, but the thing was almost six feet tall and shaped like the Eifel Tower. |

Lightning hit a gas station about 2 miles from my house, swelled up the whole lot. Pumps no longer in service but store is still open.
