Is the Glock 20 gen 5 the same size and dimensions as the previous Glock 20 generations? Will the same holsters fit?

Shooting the G20 gen5 next to a G22 gen5 the G20 seemed to recoil less or have less perceived recoil when compared to the G22.
I was very surprised. And this was done with 180gr duty ammo. Loving the G20 gen5!

According to Glock.com the Gen4 is 34mm and Gen5 is 35mm

I have a Glock 20.5 and it appears the only significant difference is no finger grooves and ambidextrous slide release.  Looking at the Glock USA web site shows same dimensions.

Ok I was just able to find someone with a Safariland G21 duty holster. He used this for his 21SF. The 20 gen 5 fits.

I have a G20.4 and G20.5.

I have a Vedder holster made for the G20.4.
The G20.5 fits in it but requires the tension screws to be let out to accommodate the ambi slide release.

I would imagine it would fit most holsters designed for the gen 4 but would only take that bet if it had adjustable retention.

Not surprised it fits the safariland.
Safariland duty holsters typically run on the large side so they can adapt and fit varying models with different sights, optics and lights. A 1mm difference between the old and new model guns (shouldn’t) be a big deal.

Most other holster manufacturers are molds of the specific gun so most probably won’t fit properly.
