It is used but in clean, excellent condition as shown in the pics.  I put non-permanent blue loctite on the screws and it can be easily removed if you need to readjust to your liking.

Will fit Glock 19/23 but also Glock 26/27.  I switched platform so I bought another Velo4, but do not need this one.  Rather than keep it as a spare collecting dust, I thought to sell it to give someone a chance to try it for a bargain.
