Belgian 98 Mauser in a nicely fitted Reinhardt Fagen stock.  Would guess work is done by Crossman or Grossman who signed barrel under caliber stamp.  I don't care for the "Weatherby" influenced stock but you have a very nice rifle.

My buddy removed the front scope mount to look for any markings…
