Drone footage released by the Israeli military shows soldiers of the Paratroopers Brigade killing two Palestinian gunmen on a rooftop in northern Gaza's Jabaliya. According to the IDF, the paratroopers have killed dozens of terror operatives during fierce clashes in the "heart of Jabaliya," in neighborhoods that the military did not operate in previously. The IDF says the two gunmen seen in the clip had first engaged in a gun battle with troops inside the building, before fleeing to the rooftop. The paratroopers encircled the building and killed the pair. No soldiers were hurt in the incident, according to the military. Jabaliya is one of the largest refugee "camps" and is where the apartment building collapsed into a hole after the IDF carried out an air strike. They had dug so many tunnels around the building it's a miracle it hadn't collapsed before.

They have been known shitbirds to do things like shoot at the IDF from specific locations, displace and then wait with 40 cameras pointed at their previous location to then tell everyone how the Israeli's had now targeted an orphanage or some shit. Get fucked. |

A task that must be done.
Simple as that honestly. Hamas must be destroyed so that some other Palestinian representative body that can reasonable be bargained with come to the forefront. Hamas currently rules the Palestinian people with an iron fist and since they are a terrorist organization they cannot be relied up in any negotiation. So, as long as Hamas exists as a functional entity able to project powr over the Palestinian people they must be destroyed. There will never "peace" in that area, but without Hamas as a viable operational entity perhaps some measure of stability could be obtained. |

I think many of the better "troops" are kept safe(r) in south Gaza tunnels. An Israeli brigade commander told the press a few weeks ago that they hadn't encountered skilled snipers until they went into a neighborhood in south Khan Younis; that sort of confirms the theory, but only time will tell. |
