Yeah, just some springs and tires, you'll be good to go hit chocolate thunder and harlan in the same day.

I've honestly never checked any of my vendors for a CRV lift kit, but I guess I know how I'm starting my day tomorrow now

Dobinsons has the springs, they are 1.5" lift. Throw some new struts in when you swap the springs. Get a new alignment and go up 2 sizes in tires.

Attend your closest Gambler 500.  I guarantee someone's already done it.

Many years ago I read about a guy that lifted an outback by taking suspension parts off a bigger subaru and did the baja 1000

But I don't know what frame the crv shares parts with

Eta:  Found it

Friend of mine had a Honda Ridgeline that I thought would look kind of cool lifted.  Turns out they do make some lift kits for them.

If it's a 5-speed I'd say go for it.

The only one worth lifting is the first gen, as it is effectively a Honda built rover. The later gens are all jelly beans.

There's a guy near me who has a lifted CRV

Black wheels, tinted windows, black grill, and a lift.

Looks kind of cool if I'm being honest

Throw in some subframe connectors and give it the death-cart treatment .

* leave the front 2 doors for a "cab" and turn the backend into a flatbed with pull-out storage trays and the top side for a tent base .

Sounds stupid.

Do it!

Worth noting that if your CV joints have lots of miles on them, there is a good chance you will be replacing them very shortly after a lift due to the angle change.

The first Gen CRV's are great cars but I don't know about later ones.

I had a 1st gen, it was great til some asshole hit me. (Tale as old as time)

If I could find one in 5spd for cheap I would 100% get it. I could see them being relatively capable. Shame they didn't have the option for a 4wd locker like some of the other small Jap SUVs.
