I have sent 3 e mails so far and left a voice mail about a support issue with a defective part and have still not received a reply on order number  662174 . It has been 10 days since the first e mail to support@righttobear.
Nobody ever seems to answer the phone , tried that a dozen times already, always get a message.

Up to 5 emails and a voice message, still not reply ! It seems as if they can care less that the customer has a problem with a product they sold ! I lost the money for the product, they just lost a customer !

Update, finally got a reply today. Claimed staff issues, sent a return label.
