There are some who actually like him, but his support is primarily from anti-Trump and from people who will only vote D. Very few actually vote for him because of him.

He's just as radical outside of his COVID beliefs. He believes in reparations, extreme gun control, etc...

The only reason the left is desperately trying to keep him out is because he's a threat to Biden. Given Joe is circling the toilet now, they don't want anything that will further weaken his support, so they're pretending RFK Jr doesn't exist. Now that Trump's court cases are falling apart like a Chinese motorcycle, it's clear that Biden and his ilk will do anything to keep him in the White House.
