Franklin Armory Libertas 18" fluted barrel. Less than 500 rounds fired. Factory rifle. Comes complete as shown. Awesome billet precision DMR type rifle. Very accurate and already zeroed. Optic is a Nikon M-223 in factory mount. This WAS a CA model so it had the bullet button. That has been replaced by a normal milspec mag release. As it was CA compliant, there is a TINY bit of wear near the takedown pin on lower receiver.

Comes also with a Harris bipod not pictured
